The industry needs your help in answering an important question in the field: Do hair extensions impact the health of the scalp?

Dr Crystal Porter, hair researcher from Mane Insights has an important study coming up in Chicago. Both braiders and study participants are needed immediately. Particularly, it has been difficult finding female study participants who are of Asian, European, and Hispanic heritage.

This is a paid research study. Hair will be professionally braided in Chicago, IL. Participants must be available for 5 follow-up visits. Participants must be 18-30 yr old female of African, Asian, European, or Hispanic heritage.

If you are a female who fits the study criteria, please fill out the form below and select a day/time to receive more details.
