Trichology Think Tanks

In April of 2024, we introduced "Roots to Success: Trichology Think Tank", a monthly help session designed to foster collaboration among trichology professionals. These sessions provide a unique platform for members to share insights, strategies, and best practices while addressing common industry challenges. We heard your need for connection and support, and we’re proud to have created a space where like-minded professionals could network, brainstorm, and grow together. By supplementing professional growth with community-driven innovation, we’ve taken steps toward building a stronger, more resilient trichology industry. 2024 Unity Summit Oct. 5 – 7, 2024

In October, we hosted our 2nd Unity Summit, an event dedicated to advancing the field of hair and scalp health. This year's summit delved into essential themes, including Hair and Scalp Science, Functional Health, Textured Hair Needs and Solutions, and Business Success. The event brought together professionals from diverse backgrounds to share insights, foster collaboration, and explore cutting-edge solutions. Our association is committed to establishing inclusive and comprehensive standards for trichology professionals worldwide. By incorporating international input, we will ensure our standards reflect diverse practices and perspectives from across the globe. Our multidisciplinary approach considers the full spectrum of expertise, which will create well-rounded and robust guidelines. Most importantly, our standards will be designed to be universal, supporting professionals regardless of where they received their education. Together, we are shaping a unified, forward-thinking future for the trichology industry and we want YOU to be a part of the process.

Trichology Education Snippets

We’re excited to launch a new initiative inviting our members to create trichology education snippets for the general public! Whether you’re taking a course, teaching others, or have existing content, this is a great opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise. Share evidence-based insights through blogs, audio, or video formats, and let APT help amplify your voice by promoting your content.
